Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Champion Bangla's website, progressive web app (PWA), related quiz announcements, and competitions hosted through the Champion Bangla Facebook Page. By accessing our services or participating in a competition, you agree to these Terms and to the additional official rules published for the particular competition. If you do not agree, please do not participate.
1. About Champion Bangla
Champion Bangla is a quiz and knowledge-competition platform. Our website and PWA display current and upcoming quiz sessions, questions, videos, schedules, leaderboards where available, and winner announcements. Participants submit answers through comments on designated Facebook Page posts, not through our website or PWA. Access to Facebook is subject to Meta's own terms and account requirements.
2. Eligibility
Participation is limited to people who are at least 18 years old and who satisfy the eligibility criteria stated in the official rules of each competition, including any residency, location, timing, and other restrictions. Employees, administrators, contractors, or related parties may be excluded as described in those rules.
3. How quiz participation works
- Champion Bangla publishes one or more questions, sometimes with an image or video, on its official Facebook Page.
- Each quiz session has an opening and closing time. A session may include approximately 5–10 questions. Only one session accepts entries at a time; sessions never overlap.

1A 2B 3C 4D 5A). - Unless the session-specific official rules say otherwise, only the participant's first complete, eligible top-level comment on the correct post counts. Edits, later comments, replies, missing answers, and answers outside the allowed time may be rejected.
- Your answer is evaluated against the published competition's answer key, validation rules, and scoring method. There may be an administrative review before final confirmation.
- Participation in one session does not automatically count as entry in any other session.
The specific quiz post and its linked official rules prevail if a session has different submission, scoring, or eligibility requirements.
4. Timing and winner selection
Session times and deadlines are established by Champion Bangla and displayed on the competition post or website. Facebook comment timestamps, eligibility, correctness, and any published tie-breaking rules may be used to rank entries. Delayed API notifications, imprecise timestamps, edited or deleted comments, and platform outages can affect validation.
No winner is final until Champion Bangla verifies the result. We may delay or withhold announcements while investigating missing comments, moderation failures, close timestamp ties, apparent abuse, or technical incidents. If we cannot reliably establish a ranking, we may apply the published tie-breaker, void an affected session, or use another remedy expressly permitted by that session's official rules and applicable law. We will not secretly change scoring rules after submissions close.
5. Comment visibility and fair play
To reduce copying, Champion Bangla may use available Facebook moderation tools to automatically hide quiz comments. We cannot guarantee that answers will be hidden from everyone else or hidden before another user sees them. Hidden comments may remain visible to the commenter and some other people under Facebook's rules. Participants should not post personal or sensitive information in quiz responses.
You must not use bots, fake or duplicate accounts, coordinated answer-sharing, impersonation, spam, interference, or other prohibited methods to gain an unfair advantage. We may review and disqualify entries based on reasonably documented evidence, following the applicable competition rules.
6. Prizes and competition-specific official rules
Some quizzes may offer prizes and others may be for entertainment or recognition only. Any prize-bearing competition must have separate official rules specifying at least the sponsor, eligibility, territory, entry method, dates, scoring and tie-breakers, prize description and value where applicable, winner verification, notification, claim deadlines, taxes, and any other legally required terms. These Terms alone are not the official rules for a particular prize competition.
We will not require payment or a purchase unless a specific competition structure is lawful in its jurisdiction and has been separately reviewed by qualified counsel. An entry fee or purchase requirement can materially change the legal classification of a prize promotion. Participants are responsible for applicable taxes unless the official rules say otherwise.
7. Winner announcements and verification
Potential winners may be contacted through permitted channels and asked to verify eligibility or provide information reasonably necessary to award prizes. We may announce verified winners on Champion Bangla's Facebook Page and website using their display name or other information described in the competition's official rules. We will not publicly publish identity documents, addresses, private contact details, or tax forms.
A participant who does not complete verification or claim a prize within the published deadline may forfeit it, subject to the official rules and applicable law.
8. Content and permitted use
Quiz questions, videos, graphics, software, branding, and website design are owned by Champion Bangla or licensed to us. You may view and share publicly accessible quiz announcements for personal, noncommercial participation, subject to copyright and platform rules. You may not scrape, republish, reverse engineer, disrupt, or commercially exploit our service except as permitted by law or with our written permission.
By submitting a Facebook comment, you retain your rights in the content you create. You authorize Champion Bangla to process that comment to conduct the quiz and, if you win, to publish the winner information described in the official competition rules and our Privacy Policy, subject to your applicable rights and Meta's terms.
9. Service availability and changes
We aim to provide reliable sessions, but internet services, Meta APIs, and third-party platforms may become unavailable or change without notice. We may correct errors, maintain our systems, postpone sessions, or suspend compromised operations, provided we follow applicable law and do not unfairly alter completed competitions.
10. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we process Facebook comments, participation data, technical records, and winner information, and how to request data deletion.
11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and related services are provided on an "as available" basis without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be waived.
12. Not sponsored by Meta
Unless a specific promotion expressly states otherwise, Champion Bangla's competitions are operated by Hayder Intelligent Systems LLC and are not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Meta. Participants release Meta from responsibility for the promotion to the extent stated in the applicable official rules and permitted by law. Questions about Champion Bangla competitions should be directed to Champion Bangla, not Meta.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms and will post the revised version with an updated date. Changes will not retroactively remove rights or alter the outcome of a completed prize competition where doing so would violate its official rules or applicable law.
